We know that for some clients, it is important for their team to feel and gain ownership of the software products, we develop for our Clients.

We know that for some clients, it is important for their team to feel and gain ownership of the software products, we help develop – both the ones used internally for example ERP systems and the ones used externally for example a marketplace. Therefore, we offer to combine our team with the Clients to ensure that the client and their team have ownership of the own software after SILVERFOX is done developing.

Advantages:
– Faster development with additional external resources.
– Bringing in knowledge from experience developers within the system without having to hire.

Disadvantages:
– The Client team risks not feeling ownership despite combining teams leading to knowledge loss.

Structure

The goal for this method is to make two teams become one – by working closely together on each step of the system, the Clients team will feel a stronger ownership of the system, while getting the expertise and additional manpower from SILVERFOX.
